I had planned on interviewing the owner of local business DAR BEIDA that supplies hand crafted goods directly from morocco. but unfortunately I was not able to have this done on time due to unforeseen circumstances.
When speaking to Bushra Mansoor co founder of the business she explained to me that they often visit morocco to meet with suppliers. All of there products are had crafted in traditional ways for example rugs are hand woven using old school methods.
The reason I wanted to meet with Bushra was to gain a better understanding on how things are made how long it takes and why morocco still use traditional methods of craft, will it ever be modernised.
